PATHETIC SERVICE

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I bought a skyworth fridge in the year 2017 and this year the fridge has stopped working. I DECIDED TO call the manufacturer to be my surprise i had to deal with *********** people that do not even know the basics of customer service. They do not understand the frustration of not having a fridge.....I NEED THIS TO BE SORTED....and i am not
