Pathetic Customer Service

The tv itself is a good qaulity appliance, picture qaulity, sound and general function but like all appliances they have issues, thats when your problems start. They have pathetic customer service, nobody answers the phones or replies to emails. Im currently going through this issue. I hope my review reaches management.
