PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service is pathetic, I hope potential customers think twice before purchasing a Skyworth TV, the staff are useless, rude and are unhelpful. I called in 8 times without getting any updates, staff give conflicting information. Maria actually laughed at me when I got through to her the second time. They are a bunch of *********** staff, I left 5 messages for Teekay & Mark to call me back to no avail, I had to speak to a family member for my call to be returned. Teekay confirmed that she had not received one message to give me a call, Patrick has no knowledge of processes & procedures, Sipho is arrogant and has no customer service ethos, Gugu is unhelpful. Maria is pathetic and has no inclination of how to deal with customers.
