Non-Responsive and Bad Customer Experience

The Customer Service experience that I had to endure up till now from CN tronics leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Bought a Brand New Skyworth TV, which started to give issues in less than a month. This company is task with the warranty claim but I do not get any feedback and the Technical Manager, Vincent is as arrogant as can get. Stay away from Skyworth products because the warranty claims process is awful.
