No netflix

So I have the 40" skywortb tv which I bought earlier this year. Decided to cut the cord and load Netflix just to receive an error message that the devices is certified to run Netflix. Now is this a normal problem for Skyworth? I have no respond from Skywortb after multipal emails. What's the point of an Android Tv that doesn't play streaming video
