I need urgent attention to this complain

I writting this to express my disappointment. I bought 75"Tv @Game Empangeni.

I bought Skyworth 75" on the 28th Nov. We collected on Monday the 2nd of December ,we unboxed it 3rd December it's only played for 1day.Today 4th morning is not showing any picture,its white on the screen.

Can I get a refund cz it's not even 7days.

I can't loose soo much
