Hugely Disappointed in After Sales Service

I purchased a Skyworth TV thinking that I would receive superior and speedy after sales service as their HO was based in Jhb not far from me. However, trying to get through to them just to get a replacement remote control is impossible. I must have tried 50 times each time to be told that I was being transferred to someone who could assist only for the call to ring and then cut. I also left messages for callbacks, sent messages via their website, ....and nothing. Highly disappointed!!
