Good thing ended too soon

I had an amazing experience with their product, I have a 65"smart television. It's soo wonderful and amazing. I have recommended it a lot of people. But now my 3 year daughter hit the TV with something the screen broke. Been looking for the screen everywhere no repair shop has it, I even tried calling the skyworth factory but no answer. I have sent an email also requesting for assistance but still no response. Now I am stuck with a broken TV that I'm still paying for cause I bought last year around April. I still would like to enjoy the features the television comes with.
