Disgrace service and competence for Skyworth

Very bad customer service experience, bougjt a brand new unit, did not have the unit working for 35 min and it is broken. Skyworth SA not assisting whatsoever in replacing nor crediting unit! Absolute failure of a company when it comes to after sales service
