Can not get a working number!

I have always thought Skyworth was an amazing product as we have 4 Skyworth TV in our home till our 6 month old 75'' TV just went white for no reasone, the struggles i went through to contact skywort is reduculase to there main lines just repeating you phoned out of working hours (while in working hours) email addresses coming back as "A message that you sent could not be delivered " after what feels like days i finaly got a number for N-Tronics (i really hope they are the correct company that works with Skyworth) i have filled in the customer form but still dont know whats the prosess or whats going to happen.
