Bad service

I bought my TV in December on takealot, then hardly 3 weeks the TV stopped working. Skyworth has since took it in and has given no response. Everytime I call they tell me that they are supposed to fetch it at tellytena, even so they don't give you full detailed information... My job number is 555853
