Bad service

I bought a Skyworth 55" android TV on the 14/06/2022 within three weeks the TV appeared a red dot on the screen and logged a complain directly to the manufacturer, after 5 days they took the TV and since then they haven't communicated with me and when I call them on their call centre they transfer me from one agent to another until they hang up.

So I need my refund back it's a ******* TV.
