21 day policy violation

Last year November I sent my Skyworth TV set for repairs at the OK Furniture branch on Eersteriver. I'm still waiting till today, many excuses and promises have been made such as there will be an exchange. The store has a 21 day policy which they have violated several times in this case. Please resolve this matter my Job number is 553645
