Terrible support from Skyworks in Emalahleni

After 2 weeks of issues with this provider, i'm lost for words - first they did not admit they have capacity issues, then on the Thursday after multiple escalations i got informed that they have a hardware failure and that the part have been order -great. a week later I got informed that the service has been restored only to test it and get 0.19MB throughput on a 12mb link, max speed I got was 5mb... then the support person send me a Whats App to inform me that the Tower's trunk is maxing out and they do not have capacity available. So you are locked into a 24 month contract - I dont want to cancel the contract- it works both ways - I what my internet service running at 12MB - spoke to Jeremy a couple of time - Ettiene the manager does not return my calls
