Refund

Took a debit order without permission, promised to refund us on the 23 December 2023, needless to say that has not happened. As I read through the reviews on Helo Peter it seems that this is an old trick in Skywork's books not to refund their people after deducting money without permission. Ask the director to give me a call as he is only one who can do the refund, yet again needless to say, he has not even try to make contact with me. You can email as much as you want, they just simply do not reply on their emails, whats app the ladies, each one have a different excuse. Please be careful if you cancel your contract with them, make sure you cancel the debit order at your bank as they are not capable of doing so, and then refuse to refund you.
