Bad service

Hi I am now so over this , they need to refund me , they said 7-10 working days , it has been 13 days , NO refund , NO feedback . even after countless emails . How do I tell my 10 month old I can not buy him food until I get paid on the 25th of Jan .

I am very disappointed in them.
