Worst Service provider!!!!

This company is no less than pathetic with their service!!! A week with intermittent internet and now no internet at all. Called them now and they say they have not received feedback from support and cannot let me speak to someone there either!!! Why even have such a department then.....? This is not the first time either!!! Buch of ******!! Quick to disconnect if you dont pay but as a customer we have bo recourse for their ****py service!!! Would not recommend to anyone. If it was not for them being our only option now, i would have cancelled immediately!!!
