Totally useless internet and terrible service

Absolutely useless company to deal with. Their internet is ridiculously slow 95% of the time and when you contact them to resolve the issue you get told the exact same thing every single time and nothing gets done. They don't return your calls, they don't respond to your mails.

I have been experiencing these issues for the past 4-5 months now and they have done nothing to fix the issue and when you want to cancel your contract with them, they want you to pay 85% of the remaining terms before they will cancel your contract. They are a bunch of ******* and should be avoided at all costs!!!
