TERRIBLE SERVICE RIGHT FROM THE BEGGINING

We signed up for Skyfi wireless internet through Cell C. Took them 1 month to deliver the router. The first month we were billed R352 incl vat for 50GB the second month we were billed R404.00 for 20GB when we do not have a 20GB package. We contacted Skyfi and spoke to Vikki in finance who again promised to call back and give feedback! Again no feedback! We had to follow up!!! When we followed up we were given same old “we are investigating” when mentioned that we have heard this terminology before she started shouting at us. Rather stay away from skyfi the hassle and lack of service is not worth it!
