Terrible company

I app**** for wireless internet. In the beginning of October 2019 they came out and did signal test,they told me signal is good so on the 13th l did a payment for installation and 1 st month payment. A week after payment was done they came to do installation when l was told there is no signal,so l called office and was told that they are investigating. Then l receive a call telling me that they can only come again in another weeks time. I told them l want a refund. Last e mail l received l was told that refund is on directors table and that was a week ago. This company is not reliable and you can forget getting any feedback from office. When u call the phone gets put down in your ear. Starting to think this place is a ****
