Support = Glorified message taker NOT an actual IT technician

Such a great product, but the most useless and *********** Support Staff. When you call in and ask for support, you get put through to a glorified message taker NOT an actual IT technician, who is unable to understand or comprehend anything related to a router, wifi, port forwarding, etc. The glorified message taker takes down your message (most of the times incorrectly) and logs a ticket, several days later you hear back and the issue is still not resolved because the glorified message taker didn't understand the issue in the first place!!!!

Utterly useless!!!!!
