Stay away from Skyfi... THEY are ******!!!

Most pathetic service provider I have ever experienced!! I signed up with Skyfi! For two weeks they kept promising to connect me, everytime, I had to keep calling THEM, I called I was given excuses!!! Support team are ***********, operations team do not respond to call. Skyfi is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They have no concept of customer service. Tracey, Natasha … have left me with a bitter taste! Tracey dropped a phone on me for complaining! I cannot fathom how they continue to be in business if, on my personal experience, treat their customers with absolute disregard. I have cancelled and waiting to receive the promised refund which I am doubtful I will ever see. Its been three weeks, and they are ignoring my emails!
