Skyfi ******* .

Skyfi is useless and very unprofessional.I advise anyone interested in this pathetic ISP to stay away at all costs .My wireless has not been working for 4 days then their tecnicians came and founf the fault was the powerbeam M5 which is faulty.No damage by lightning what so ever since they also use aluminium poles .The lights on the Powerbeam are operationl just not recieving the feed ,so it is functional just faulty.They want to bill me R2800 just for the Powerbeam or else you have to send it in which takes 4-6 weeks and you still pay them .I am in contract and it is their product since i am still paying for it.They state they replace faulty hardware.You can find this product called a Powerbeam M5 with a dish from R1200-R1600 .So now i am liable for their faulty product.Please this is not the only problem i have experience either.Network always drops,call centre is useless,management always ducking and diving never at work,The owner argues and calls clients names,his name is Mike .All round very poor and stay away .Rather go to Fibrestream cause Skyfi are *******.
