SKYFI should be BLACKLISTED AS AN ISP

These guys are bunch of jokers & a perfect example to show that right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. To call them an ISP, itself is a shame to say the least. Unfortunately, I opted for their service and to my utter shock and surprise they are bunch of ******, con artists and arrogant, unprofessional people. Have been taking to operations to support to finance to sales but the idiots can't sort out the speed issue. Everytime I call, I get an answer that we have reported it to OPEN SERVE and they are investigating it. Having said that, I' m now reporting this to ICASA and they'll be the ones who will be speaking to them directly. Fortunately I know the right people in the right department. Enough of patience, now its time for action.
