SkyFi really are ******

Despite reading all the negative commentary on Hello Peter about SkyFi, I nonetheless decided to give them a chance plus the fact that they were the cheapest on the 200Mbps Symetrical line. That was 2 days ago and they said I must wait for thier scheduling dept to call me to make a date for the installation of the router, so you have to sit without a connection until thay are good and ready to give you a call (which I never got in any case). However my wife was at home and decided to activate another ISP service on the line without telling me about it, So I had to cancel the SkyFi which was now the more expensive option. I though what the heck they cant be upset by the cancel cause they still have not contacted me for the actual setup process, but I get told to fill in a cancel form so i did, now they tell me I owe them R4025.00 for early cancellation before they can cancel my account which to me has not been setup yet or does not even exist yet, and If I dont pay them that then they will just keep charging me. These guys are real ******. I dont even know why Vumatel allow them to operate on thier networks in the first place, they have nothing but a bad reputation!
