Pathetic support, non existing support

Support totally non existing. After more than the 72 hours maximum to solve an issue, still waiting for their technical department to call me to make an appointment to fix my pathetic slow speed. In the past, support used to fix online the issues, now is only a call receiving number and all it does is bombarding you with useless mails that your call has been excalated. My problem is that I have recommended them to my clients. Big mistake!
