Not Recommended, Bad Bad Bad Service.

Our Fiber line is down for almost 4 weeks now. The collected our router and we still offline. They now request us to send them a letter to change from Open Serve to SADB at no charge. I asked them to let me know how long the process is and they said that they don't know. I phoned them just now just to confirm one email address, the staff transferred my call about 6 times and eventually cut my call.

If you looking at getting fiber, please look at other options, these guys are really no help. Our business suffers because of this, they don't even have the decency to let you know that they have problems.
