No Internet connection -going on 6 weeks now.
I have not had an internet connection for the most part of 2 months now. When I phone for answers I always get a different reply. They blamed Open Serve, then it was a data centre issue, then they were broken into...but always they will phone me and get back to me. Never do. My home business has taken a huge blow due to this. There customer service is horrible with their lies. Unfortunately I signed a contract and if I could get out of it to go to another ISP, without paying all those penalties, I would. I don't know what my rights are with the consumer protection act. I regret taking them as my ISP!

27 May 2019, 16:17Last night (26 May 2019) I sent a mail whereby I asked if I could cancel my contract without paying penalties due to their breach of contract by not providing me with a service for more than a calendar month continuously.
Just spoke to Operations AGAIN and now apparently my account has been suspended on top of all this! Real nice hey! And the accounts department is unavailable to receive a piece of my mind...real convenient! Cancellations takes 30 days so even if they cancelled my service they can only "cut" the connection (which is still offline) after such time. So what gives SkyFi?
