No communication!!!

Had the worst experience with this ISP. Was approved by them for uncapped vsat installation. And that there was coverage in my area. They said 5 to 7 working days so all is good.

On day working day 9 I found out that my account was closed due to no line of sight. Nobody came to my premises , no body phoned me to tell me that there is a problem. Nothing! Now they are trying to tell me that they dont need to come to my premises to check for line of sight. I know for a fact that they have to. This is not my first time. And I had spoken to many technicians over the years. I called them out over this and still no answer. I wasted 2 weeks for nothing.

Best guess is to stay away from this ISP
