Horrible, terrible, sies

Absolutely ridiculous, had perfect speed in the start when it was installed and now I have no speed at all, im paying for a 10 Meg line but receive 0.05, when you phone them they tell u they will escalate it to their technicians but never hear anything from them again , phone them atleast twice a week and never get a solution to my problem
