Horrible ISP

I used to ran around recommending Skifi but that is no longer the case.

They have developed some sort of God complex.

After sales service is non existent and they have some BS rolling debit order system all of a sudden, debuting accounts from the 26th of a month daily until they get their money. You cannot select a debit order date which means if you are only paid on the 31st and have no money in the account you are in for daily penalties while Skifi happily bends you over and *****s you.

Moving to EFT is of little benefit if you are paid on the last day of the month because unless the money clear within 24 hours they cut you on the 1st and demand a R150 reconnection fee.

All the above is non negotiable and came into play years after I signed with them... The response if you call to complain, "It's not up to us we just do what the boss tells us". Ask to speak to the boss or leave message and you are just given the run around.

If I could get out of my contract tomorrow I would leave with a smile.

Stay away from them.....
