Horrible horrible service

Do not ever make use of their services!! We pay for a 10 meg line we have never been able to use the line to its full potential! Always buffering or off, so frustrating!!!!! Today my upload and download is on 0.12 and they will get back to me in 3 hours, we have complained the entire weekend and nothing got sorted. Problems always gets “escalated to management” which does not exist. They dont care that you have to buy internet from other service providers just to have internet at my house which i also use for business. Really quick to deduct the full amount from our bank account every month. Sick and tired of paying for something that you dont get! Dont EVER EVER make use of this company!!!!
