Good job

I would hate to be in customer service in the ISP industry. I know that when my wifi goes down its like unscheduled loadshedding and that makes me grumpy. We have become so accustomed to being connected online that we sometimes forget to 'connect' with real people. So yes I get frustrated when my wifi goes down and its not fixed immediately but I want to thank all the staff at Skyfi for putting up with us grumpy clients. You guys actually make my life better.
