Dont tust Ski-Fi internet service provider
They suspended my account because they ran a debit order a week before it suppose to. On the day it happened and was informed by my bank i made a manual payment. Now they claim that because my debit order was returned the bank charged R150. I called the bank and they said its a ****. The bank does not charge the receiving bank but the defaulting bank. My subscription was paid in full in advace for the month, i lodged a complain and they still suspended my services. Now they want double the amount to unsuspend me. They busy with a big **** ussing the banks name, i wonder how many unforseen individuals are targeted in this way.

08 Mar 2019, 13:12Oh by the way i got the recoding recorded where the supervisor by the name of BECKY claims that the bank charged them R150 ???One should not employ *********** people, that do not know the facts before they speak. ???
