come back the great service of telkom

For the past 2 weeks they have an issue on a high site closing the ticket more than once I have to open it again. No communication manager never return calls if you are actually getting somebody that is willing to take a message. You are not allowed to copied into any communication regarding the problem and just nothing gets done. They refuse to credit your account even after confirming that they have been unable to provide charged for service for over 2 weeks now. I miss the good old days of dealing with Telkom that should give you an idea of how terrible their service is.
