Bad wifi connection

I was quite happy in the beginning gave them 5 stars.but lately the service is getting worse.and I don't mean the call centre they still as polite and helpful as they can be.The problem is the towers which send out the signal it often just looses singnal for no reason.Sumday is only day I'm almost home and the tower in wonderboom is out again .some days during the week it doesn't work from time to time either especially during peak time .sometimes I get 00 .08mbps this is really starting to get annoying since I pay for 10mbps and get less than 00.25mbps on a contention ratio of 25 . I should always get what I'm paying for shouldn't I? Sad thing is i took out a 3 year contract and now i sit with no service again having to spend money on mobile data to access internet.which is happening more and more often.meaning I have to spend more and more money
