Bad service and internet

In February this year I canceled my subscription with the due to bad service and poor internet quality my LOL as more down then up and not to talk about the very high latency I do Game online in my free time and in this time period I was with the I stopd to game do to the very very bad serves and latency problems. At this stage after my cancellation this company is still debiting my bank account even after I have sent numerous emails to them requesting them to stop debiting my account I have sent the cancelation papers to them more than ones Please stay away from SKYFI internet service provider
