WORST PROVIDER, or non-provider should I say

If I could leave no stars I would... By far the worst no hey grabbers out there. More down time than up time. Unguaranteed speeds. Each time it goes down, they want to send a tech out, who by the way, never tells you what was wrong, and still charges call out fees. I had a tech here not even 2 months ago, now they want to send another one at my cost. Service is absolutely the worst. Stay far far away from these people. They quick to take your money, but the service and connections are disgusting actually.
