Terrible service

The worst support service received, might as well not have a support Centre. Hardly any reception from day 1 with every excuse given. As soon as installation is paid for any they have taken your money you might as well kiss that money goodbye. Customers cannot get a hold of anybody except the call Centre who do not know their left from their right. Consultant gives attitude when support or assistance cannot be provided. We have requested for management to contact us and to this day we are waiting. On top of it, they will suspend your account on a Friday without proper reasons given and support still can’t assist. A very disappointed and totally dissatisfied client!!!
