Skyfi internet solutions poor service support nightmare

I have used telkom before as an internet uncapped provider and heard of most of the complaints. But it has nothing in comparison with Skyfi internet solution customer service. My service hasn't work for +4 days now and after even numerous calls no one is able to tell us what's the problem or when it will he fixed. To add on their SLA contract says 72 hours or more. How is that a decent service provider business? Funny thing is that their debit order goes on time. You call them, they only sent their first real notification after 72 hours with an apology. How does one hold companies that do such to us accountable. Even the sales person that said "call me for assistance" while we we creating the contract simply ignores us now becuase their money goes in. The promises the sales team makes regarding their quick turnaround time and prompt resolution is a myth.
