Ski Fi Internet solutions

My Father Raymond David joins Ski Fi about 3 month ago. They were very prompt to send send the contract take payment and install the WiFi setup at his Home. It work perfectly for 4 weeks. On the 5 week it stopped working He called the customer service about the problem and they said they will send a technician.The technician has still not arrived 8 weeks. We have called them at least 9 more times about the problem. Now we have decided to cancel our contract as we have had no Wi Fi for 8 weeks.They called him today and said he must pay R 17 000 to cancel the contract.Just a Warning to future customers interested in join this company for WiFi.
