Service .. What service?

<p> </p> <p>The connection is often so slow that our programs just shuts down, the amount of work we are loosing is increadible. When you phone the call centre the technicians is always on their way .... </p> <p>We are currently in our third day after yet another call logged that we are having such slow connections we barely can get any work done, day three of hearing the technicians are working on it, so i guess you have no back up plan in place for when things like this happen? This is supposed to be a 40mb connection?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
