<p>I have been with this Internet service provider for 4 months and over the past month I have been down for more than 3 weeks and their service support is the worst. They can only tell you that they are waiting for update from manager , who never seems to provide update. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is the pits. They have NO idea about customer service and their internet speed they say you get . I have never managed to get even half. </p>
They actually took my complaint on here seriously and sorted out the connection and past a credit for my down time. Thanks to Luis and james who called and treated me like a customer.
