No Service at all
<p>Forget about using these guys</p> <p>Installation will cost you R5000</p> <p>Getting it installed is a losgistical nightmare....rechedule after reschedule .... after rechedule.</p> <p>Then when you finally get connected the speed vreis from 1 Mbps to 30 Mbps. Upload speed is great at 10 Mbps for the first week...thereafter you get 0.35Mbps</p> <p>Support and admin is non extistant</p> <p>Phones dont work 90% of the time</p> <p>No answering emails</p> <p>If you do get though there is always a bigger problem they need to fix before they can get to you and the other 300 customers that cant get service.</p> <p>The only good thing is that they are lazy at admin... I have has the internet for 3 months and they have yet to bill me....</p> <p>The service is ****ty but at least its been free for the last 2 months!</p>
