No Reliability

If you are looking for a internet service provider that is fast and has proper customer service when you need it. Please do not consider skyfi internet solutions. I could really handle their inability to get a debit order loaded and the non connection every now and then, do not even consider having internet when it rains BUT if you register for an international conference to assist you in your working environment and you cannot connect due to your internet service provider then it really gets frustrating. No number to phone, have to log a ticket and hope for the best, luckily I saved one of the technicians numbers but everything via sms (out of experience with the previous time and 62 calls later with no answer, your only way to try your luck is via sms). 40 minutes into the webinar I gave up on trying to get in.
