No Authority for debit order

<p>After no line of sight test could be found no installation took place and i was told that will refund full amount of installation i had to pay upfront even before line of sight tests was done. Was told that full amount eill be paid back and contract will be null in void. After i struggled to getmy refund for almost a week, i got a sms from the bnk money was takien via debit orer fro a data bundle. I checek on my account and saw that they still took money from my account after contract was made null in void. Never even had the decensy to even call( as it is not their style or responsibilty to communicate with clients) to say thst there is money taken. I called in and spoke to lizz and very rudley seh explained that the comshe told me that i miust go to the bank and reverse the money myself cause she does not knwo how long it ill take before the other company pays back their money and only then they will pay it back to the clients I asked who is going to be responseable for the reversal fee and she said that that it is not her problem They dont care snd have absolute no commuications s****s with the clients and is very pathetic and in addecquate in their proffession It cost me petrol to go to the bank and time off wok to get this sorted an still i had to pay a reversal fee</p>
