Money Making Scheme
<p>Never fall into the trap of thinking, give the little guy a chance, no with this ********* business anyway!<br /><br />SO many promises were made when the sale was made, and not one was delivered on!!!! (including the buyback of equipment and the cancellation period should we move)</p> <p>Without getting into the inconsistent signal we received, we then moved houses. Initially, we thought we would uninstall and reinstall on our new property. Well after phoning and leaving our details numerous times, not one returned call. We then decided to cancel our contract as their service was so terrible and we had fibre available at our new property.</p> <p> </p> <p>We emailed and requested details of this as well as a possibly buy back of equipment as over R4k for the equipment was extreme, nevermind it was used for 6 months only, surely they could reuse (provided in the same condition) the equipment for their next installation, by buy back at a reduced rate. Surprise surprise I received no reply....</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I call and I don't manage to get a word in while Nicole rants over that the refund will be done today and when I finally manage to ask refund for what, Nicole explained there was a double debit order - which was not my issue or complaint. Eventually, i speak to another gentleman who insists on a 3 months cancellation fee (as we have fibre available and we must still use their company otherwise it would be a 1-month fee - and NO you cannot get internet for that period..... </p> <p> </p> <p>This is the first response i have gotten (only because i phoned and phoned and phones) after weeks of asking!<br /><br />I am extremely disappointed and disgusted at their lack of service - their money making scheme and being the liitle guys, how little they give a hoot about ANY of their clients.<br /><br />Dont waste your money, time and frustration doing business with these guys</p>
