Lack of Support

I've been using Skyfi for roughly 15 months now amd their service and line speed has deteriorated extremely over the last couple of months.

I have requested a technician to come and check dish alignment numerous times and the basically refuse to send someone out and want to continously support me via email.

I logged a ticket again this past Sunday 03/12 and its been almost 3 days without a response.

In the past 15 months I've had issues atleast every second month.

Please stay clear of the guys... They might be cheap but you get what you pay for!
