False advertising

<p>I have a "10Mbs uncapped line" with Skyfi Internet Solutions, yet the download speed averages at 100Kbs. The fastest download speed I've ever had with this line was 1Mbs. When I enquired about why it was so slow I was told that it was because we share the line with a lot of other users. The internet service is also horribly unreliable. I now use my cellphone data most of the time to connect to the internet because this line is pretty much useless. </p>
