disgusting company to ever do dealings with, by far the worse

been trying to cancel this account since last week to no joy, they advised to send an email which I done long ago, been querying ever since last week and no one gets back to m, called in again today the consultants have a don't care attitude says cancellations is done through an outsourced company and we cannot call them directly, no other solution, she says there's nothing that can be done but I must send them another email. This is the worse company to deal with... my advise stay away from them.. horrible service... disgusting
